Summer pool

SUMMER POOL OPEN FROM 21.06.2024

• Opening hours: 10:00-19:00
• We accept reservations for guests who are not staying with us exclusively online through our website
• Reservations for accommodated guests are possible exclusively via the reception: recepcia@hotelkastiel.sk
• Reservations are possible 1-4 days before your chosen date
• The hotel reception does not have access to the current occupancy of the pool on a given day, therefore we ask you to make online reservations in advance (min. 1 day), we cannot make a reservation for you on a given day
• If you are unable to make an online reservation, the capacity of the pool for the requested date is already occupied
• The entrance fee includes all-day access to the pool, a comfortable bed, a towel, a shared parasol, a welcome drink and an unlimited drinking water throughout the day
• For children who have paid admission (4-17 years old), non-alcoholic welcome drink (juice) according to the current offer, unlimited drinking water throughout the day and unlimited access to the mini golf course in the park
• In order for all our guests to have the same chance to use the corner bed with a canopy during the summer, priority right to occupy it belongs to the guest who will be the first at the pool on the given day and shows an interest in it (reservations of specific places in advance are not possible)
• Guests who have reserved access to the pool can upon arrival at the mansion, go directly to the pool area and report to the pool staff, there is no need to report to the hotel reception
