RULES AND INFORMATION
- Opening hours: 10:00-19:00
- We accept reservations for guests who are not accommodated exclusively online via our website (reservations at least 1 day in advance, it is not possible to make a reservation on the given day)
- If you can not make a reservation, our capacity is already full or we are hosting an event when the sale of places by the pool is closed
- Reservations for accommodated guests are only possible through the reception via e-mail
- Reservations are only possible 1-4 days before the date you want to arrive
- The entrance fee includes all-day access to the pool, a comfortable sunbed, a towel, a shared parasol, a welcome drink (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and a jug of water
- Every child over the age of 4 must have a separate sunbed purchased at the same price as an adult (accommodated child 20€/day, unaccommodated child 39€/day)
- In order for all our guests to have the same chance to use the corner bed with a canopy during the summer, priority right to occupy it is given to the guest who will be the first at the pool on the given day and shows interest in it (reservations of specific places in advance are not possible)
- Guests who booked a places by the pool can upon arrival at the mansion, go directly to the pool area and report to the pool staff, there is no need to report to the hotel reception
- At the time of weddings and events (especially on weekends), the restaurant and terrace may be limited at certain times, please ask the pool staff on the given day for more information
- Pets are not allowed around the pool and in the entire area
- Entry to the pool with inflatables is prohibited
Consumption of own food and drinks is not allowed with the exception of children under 3 years
If you need any help or advice, we prefer e-mail communication with our reception, they will respond to e-mails in the shortest possible time (the reception prioritizes dealing with guests personally, therefore it is not always possible to respond immediately to phone calls)
